You can use these guides without an account.

What the site does

Search, checklists, plans, and draft workspaces run in your browser. This version has no analytics, advertising trackers, account system, or reporting database. Optional text in the dispute and story workspaces stays in memory in this tab. Do not enter credentials, full account numbers, or other people’s identifying details.

Your tool selections

Choices are held in memory in the open tab. They are not saved to browser storage or sent to a site backend. Reloading clears them, except a payment method or search term explicitly included in the page address.

External contribution forms

Some links lead to the existing ZelleFraud.com project’s feedback, contribution, or story forms. That is a separate site with its own privacy notice and review system. We do not send your local draft or selections to it automatically.

Downloads and printing

An action-plan download is created locally. Your browser controls where the file is saved and how printing works. On shared devices, consider who can access downloads or printed pages.

Hosting and external sites

Your hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and timestamps. Opening an official support or reporting link takes you to another organization with its own privacy practices. We do not receive the report you submit there.
